Responsibilities- Designs and implements category strategies and business processes to meet the company's objectives. Defines key performance metrics and benchmarks related to supply chain planning and forecasting to measure actual performance against company goals.
- Develops and implements solutions to enhance existing processes and programs, optimizing strategic effectiveness and resiliency.
- Manages systems within procurement and supply chain shared services and category teams.
- Manages and oversees testing for all system upgrades and enhancements for all procurement systems. Develops, delivers and maintains procurement system user and supplier training curriculum.
- Assumes business ownership of procurement systems in both operational management and strategic development of procurement systems' effectiveness, reliability and performance.
- Designs and implements supplier performance goals related to cost, quality, and service.
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications- Ten or more years of experience in procurement systems, standards, regulations, procedures, and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science or a related field
- Strong experience with SAP, Aribia and or Fieldglass within Supply Chain and or Procurement
- Strong attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with clients, including independently identifying client needs, developing action plans, identifying deliverables and presenting results
- Experience working with cross functional teams and influencing outcomes and removing barriers
- Experience interfacing and collaborating with executive and senior management, peers, departments, and external parties to develop solutions and ensure consensus
- Experience implementing and enhancing procurement tools, strategies, and continuous improvement opportunities
Additional Information - This position's work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
