Working alongside a team of sales and technical professionals, our Solutions Architect plays an important role in providing solutions for our clients. Client satisfaction is core to our business, as a Solutions Architect you will leverage your outstanding technical expertise and superb communication skills to "wow" our clients from end to end on each engagement. You will be working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, challenging, and supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing- Learning and advising on the ITW reference architecture and service catalogue
- Meeting with clients directly to understand and document technology and business requirements
- Participating in assessments and collection of technical data
- Designing solution to meet client needs. Including solution diagrams, process, effort and costs
- Developing and delivering Statements of Work and Proposals
- Participating in IT Strategy meetings with clients and help prepare and present yearly Infrastructure Roadmaps (Technology Business Plans)
- Working directly with technology experts within ITW and vendor partners to validate the solutions we're proposing
- Working with the Sales team to deliver proposals and recommendations to clients in written and presentation format
- Developing and delivering training to the Sales team and other groups regarding current technology trends, data center technology fundamentals and new ITW service offerings
- Assist with the development of new services and offerings

What You Need- 3-5+ years of experience in a client facing role providing technical assessments and architecting solutions
- Experience designing Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions
- Proven experience selling IT services
- Experience working with managed services provider is a strong asset
