This position manages and leads a team of professionals in support of the sales force and corporate initiatives.
A Deeper Look at the Role and Your Impact:- Provide Critical Team Leadership: This is a key leadership role requiring a great coach. You will provide stability and clear expectations for a tenured team, while mentoring and developing individual skills.
- Drive Strategic Process Improvement: You will be empowered to move the team's work from transactional execution to strategic and consultative. A primary focus will be enhancing the Global Intake Process for better data accuracy and identifying opportunities to automate manual tasks with AI.
- Lead High-Visibility Global Initiatives: You will have direct ownership of the project management for all pricing and revenue initiatives (like the General Rate Increase) and will be a central figure in globalizing processes with GSE partners in all global regions.
- Serve as a Cross-Functional Hub: This role requires significant executive presence. You will socialize the team's work, deliver executive-level presentations, and act as the key point of contact for stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Operations to prioritize and bundle strategic projects.
Skills / Knowledge / Experience Considered a Plus• Strong understanding of internal business processes and roles and responsibilities of stakeholder groups
• Familiarity with Asana and AI tools, including agents
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions, especially with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Pricing and Enablement teams
• Strong project management skills, including experience leading sales engagement programs and/or marketing campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting global teams and scaling best practices across regions
• Ability to use data-driven insights to inform prioritization and trade off decisions
Minimum EducationBachelor's Degree/equivalent.
Minimum ExperienceFive (5) years professional business experience in project management, sales, education, communications, or quantitative analysis. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.

Domicile Information:This is a hybrid position located in Memphis, TN. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx campus location 4 days a week.
