Contribution to operational initiatives, including:

  • Capturing and synthesizing client and project insights to inform continuous improvement of AI & Analytics methodologies, processes, and technology.
  • Implementing and updating AI & Analytics training curriculum (composed of a suite of documentation, simulation activities, and evaluation) for new members of the team or secondees from other groups who are supporting AI & Analytics workflows.
  • Providing requirements analysis and user validation input to our product development teams.
  • Collaborating with marketing, client success, and sales on client-facing overviews of Lighthouse AI & Analytics solutions.
