What you'll do...

Position: Solution Consultant III

Job Location: 811 Excellence Dr, Bentonville, AR 72716

Duties: Compares the maturity of products, services, and processes within a subdomain to others in the industry, identifies and reports gaps for potential innovation opportunities, and maintains awareness of new processes and automation techniques used across industries. Identifies the processes, tools, and baseline products required for configuration in low-complexity projects, including software, models, plans, and documentation. Configures new virtual machines to handle email, intranet, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and core business applications, including cloud-based systems. Supports the development of business cases and recommendations by understanding industry and environmental factors, business vernacular, practices across domains, and relevant business metrics, data models, analytics, and reports that impact decision-making. Owns the delivery of project activities and tasks assigned by others, supports process updates, and changes, and solves business issues by understanding the data and metrics that influence the business. Leverages knowledge of competitor products, industry packages, and services (such as SAP, Workday, Infor, and Coupa) to assess relative strengths and weaknesses. Evaluates programming tools, methodologies, frameworks, and system architectures, and engages in informed discussions with engineering teams to prioritize features and assess risks. Oversees business and user acceptance testing of simple products or features. Demonstrates awareness of domain-specific methodologies, tools, processes, products, and best practices. Supports documentation preparation under guidance. Performs tests and checks on connections between disparate application programs to verify proper functioning of modules and applications across multiple or integrated platforms. Maps customer requirements to test objectives, identifies and creates test cases for components or modules, and executes test cases to detect errors and defects. Conducts different types of testing using appropriate tools based on testing needs and assesses potential business risks. Describes key issues, benefits, and potential consequences associated with business risks. Utilizes organizational resources for risk avoidance and management and identifies major categories of business risks. Performs routine maintenance of applications under guidance and monitors application performance metrics such as transaction times, system responses, and transaction volume. Assists with corrective, adaptive, and perfective maintenance, as well as re-engineering activities. Understands and tracks the implications of maintenance debt across related areas.

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field plus 2 years of experience in software engineering or a related field; OR Master's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Skills Required: Must have experience with: SAP Governance Risk and Compliance Access Control Management; GRC ITGC Control Framework; SAP Governance Risk and Compliance Access Acess control/Process Control; SAP Governance Risk and Compliance Access Ruleset implementation & Maintenance; SAP SuccessFactors Security Management; Scrum and JIRA Management; SAP Fiori Security Management; SAP S/4 HANA Security Management; IT SOX Auditing (External and Internal Audit); GRC Process control Framework (implementation & Support); SAP Role /User management & Support. Rate of pay: $88,400.00 - 155,000.00/year
