SOLUTION ARCHITECT ROLE
- The Solution Architect supports the design and evolution of solution architectures starting with the new digital solutions portfolio in collaboration with senior architects, engineering, product, sales and operations teams.
- The role combines solution design, technical coordination, documentation and customer-facing activities in an international environment. Working closely with experienced architects, the successful candidate will develop strong architecture, communication and technical consulting skills through customer projects.
- The position offers a clear growth path toward Solution Architecture, Technical Pre-Sales and Operational leadership responsibilities.
PROFILE
- Contribute to solution architecture and design activities in collaboration with senior architects, product teams and development teams to address business and customer requirements
- Support pre-sales activities by providing technical analysis and contributing to solution proposals and customer discussions
- Collaborate with development, product and operations teams to ensure consistency between business needs and technical implementation
- Participate in customer workshops and technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to architecture and technical documentation supporting project delivery and operational activities
- Support ongoing projects through coordination, troubleshooting follow-up and technical assistance
- Participate in architecture reviews and continuous improvement initiatives related to delivery processes and operational efficiency
- Stay informed about modern technologies, cloud-native environments and security best practices
- Follow architecture standards, security guidelines and engineering best practices

- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and international teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong interest in solution architecture and cloud technologies

- Sensitivity to security and compliance topics
- Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Fluent in English is mandatory; French is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field
- 1-2 years of experience in software engineering, cloud, DevOps, system integration or technical solution design
- Initial knowledge on modern software architectures, APIs and containerized environments
- Interest in customer-oriented solutioning, technical coordination and architecture activities
- Strong willingness to learn and grow toward a Solution Architect role
