Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced F&A and Procure To Pay SME to lead the delivery of Agentic Finance Transformation programs. Industry focus includes Manufacturing, Client-Retail, Hi-Tech, Healthcare

The ideal candidate will combine deep domain expertise in business operations with strong knowledge of ERP platforms, digital transformation, automation, AI, and emerging Agentic AI technologies. This individual will partner closely with Sales, Operations, Consulting, Product, and AI teams to deliver differentiated solutions that drive measurable business outcomes for global clients. The role needs someone with strong Executive presence and ability influence decision making with key client stakeholders and comes across as a credible subject matter expert for clients.

The role will be instrumental in building our mind-share with clients, shaping next-generation Agentic BPaaS offerings by integrating AI agents, workflow orchestration, process intelligence, enterprise applications, and operational excellence frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale BPO, Managed Services, and BPaaS opportunities.
• Design transformation-led solutions across:
• Finance & Accounting (R2R, P2P, O2C)
• Procurement & Source-to-Pay
• Supplier Management
• Shared Services Operations
• Experience in Supply Chain functions would be "Good to have"
• Create future-state operating models incorporating Agentic AI, Automation, Analytics, and Human-in-the-Loop workflows.
• Develop scalable, outcome-based solutions aligned with client business objectives.
• Agentic AI & Digital Transformation
• Identify opportunities to embed Agentic AI capabilities into business processes.
• Collaborate with AI, Data Science, and Product teams to design:
• Autonomous workflow agents
• AI copilots
• Exception management agents
• Knowledge agents
• Predictive and prescriptive decision-support systems
• Build business cases demonstrating productivity, quality, cycle-time, and cost improvements.
• Stay current on emerging AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, process mining, and orchestration technologies.
• Operations & Transformation Consulting
• Partner with Operations teams to identify transformation opportunities within existing accounts.
• Conduct process diagnostics and maturity assessments.
• Design continuous improvement roadmaps leveraging AI and automation.
• Support transition and transformation programs during deal execution.
• Develop reusable solution assets, accelerators, benchmarks, and best practices.
• Enterprise Applications & Technology Integration
• Design business process solutions leveraging leading platforms such as:
• SAP S/4HANA
• Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Microsoft Dynamics
• Coupa
• Ariba
• ServiceNow
• Kinaxis
• Blue Yonder
• Anaplan
• Work closely with application architects to align business processes with technology architecture.
• Define integration points between ERP, workflow, analytics, and AI platforms.
• Thought Leadership
• Contribute to practice development and go-to-market offerings.
• Create solution collateral, industry points of view, and executive presentations.
• Mentor junior solution architects and consultants.
• Support analyst briefings, client events, and strategic account planning.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field.
• MBA, CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in solutioning, consulting, business process transformation, or enterprise applications.
• Minimum 8+ years supporting complex outsourcing, managed services, or transformation deals.
• Deep understanding of at least two of the following domains:
• Finance & Accounting
• Procure To Pay
• Shared Services
• Global Business Services (GBS)
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, or Digital Transformation programs.
• Knowledge of Process Mining tools such as Celonis or Signavio
• Background and experience in Quality, Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Re-Engineering
• Experience with Automation platforms including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Understanding of cloud ecosystems including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with BPaaS operating models and outcome-based commercial constructs.
• APQC, PMP, or TOGAF certifications preferred.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($80.00 - $90.00/Hour). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
