Full Job Description
About the Team

The M&A Business Systems team is the tip of the spear when Anduril acquires a new company. We are a small, fast-moving team responsible for integrating acquired companies into Anduril's Oracle Fusion ERP and best in class internal tools. We operate an aggressive acquisition roadmap and run multiple integration programs in parallel at any given time, enabling operations across the U.S. and internationally.

The Role

We are seeking an early career, quick to learn Solution Analyst, M&A to join the M&A Business Systems team and own hands-on configuration, data manipulation, and integration work across our full acquisition portfolio. A successful Solution Analyst will own much of the configuration and data work related to M&A. They will also be expected to grow their skillset by being embedded in the full integration lifecycle from the moment a deal closes: involved in onsite discovery, providing fit/gap analyses, completing build/configuration, converting data, executing test scenarios, and supporting Go-Lives at acquired sites. You'll be the person who ensures a newly acquired company can actually operate from day one inside Anduril's enterprise systems across all work streams.

You will work directly with the broader M&A systems team, collaborating across EngOS/PLM (Teamcenter), home-grown manufacturing and planning systems (Forge, MRPSpeed), customer and contract mgmt (Salesforce), and the Oracle Fusion ERP core spanning procurement, inventory, order management and finance/accounting. If you thrive in high-tempo, ambiguous environments where the answer isn't in a playbook yet and you have the scars to prove you've been here before, this role was written for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end data conversion for M&A integrations: extract source data, map to Oracle templates, derive business rules for undefined fields, validate data quality and leverage AI tools to eliminate manual work and build repeatable processes for future acquisitions
  • Support legal entity design and intercompany configuration for new acquisitions, translating operational, accounting and legal requirements into application design decisions for ERP and satellite system teams.
  • Execute system configuration for new Oracle legal entities across workstreams: DTB (Design to Build), WMS (Warehouse/Inventory Operations), PTP (Procure to Pay), OTC (Order to Cash), PTC (Projects to Close), and RTR (Record to Report).
  • Plan and execute testing cycles, build and run test cases, resolve defects, and drive root cause and resolution with satellite system teams (Teamcenter, Forge, Salesforce, MRPSpeed).
  • Travel onsite to acquired companies to lead discovery sessions, demos, deliver hands-on ERP training, and provide Go-Live and Hypercare support.
  • Collaborate with the M&A PM and enablement functions to build and maintain standardized data templates, integration SOPs, and reusable training materials (videos, guides) that scale the team's playbook across future acquisitions.
  • Partner with cross-functional satellite tool teams (PLM/Teamcenter, Forge/MES, Salesforce, WMS) to coordinate configuration changes and test dependencies on acquisition timelines.
  • Operate in agile/sprint-based delivery: own your workstream, hit sprint milestones, surface blockers early, and keep integration programs moving without being told what to do next.
  • Contribute to and maintain the M&A ERP knowledge base, capture design decisions, configuration documentation, and lessons learned in Airtable and Quip so future integrations start further ahead.

Required Characteristics

Anduril is an extremely fast-paced defense technology company. The M&A team runs at a pace most teams don't. The successful candidate will demonstrate:
  • Bias for Action - you move fast, escalate blockers immediately, and don't wait for perfect information to make progress.
  • Outcome-Oriented - you care about Day 1 Go-live working, not about process elegance. You work backward from the deadline.
  • Ownership - you own your workstream end to end. If something is at risk, you raise it and you fix it.
  • Agility - acquisition timelines shift. Legal entity decisions get made late. You adapt without drama.
  • Dive Deep - you're comfortable in the weeds of data templates, config workbooks, and test scripts. You spot the gap before it becomes a blocker.
  • Customer Focus - you treat acquired company employees as your users. You build trust with teams who are often new to enterprise systems and nervous about change.
  • First Principles Thinking - you don't just replicate how the last integration was done. You ask whether it was the right way and improve the playbook.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on ERP experience (Oracle Fusion preferred but will accept NetSuite, SAP, or similar), including configuration, data conversion/loading, and troubleshooting - M&A integration or rapid deployment experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience executing data migrations: extracting source data, mapping to target templates, validating quality, and coordinating loads.
  • Deep knowledge in at least one or more particular work streams (order to cash, procure to pay, record to report, design to build, etc.) strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of legal entity and intercompany transaction design - experience configuring new legal entities in Oracle Fusion is a significant plus.
  • Proven ability to work in agile/sprint-based delivery environments; comfortable writing user stories, tracking work in PM tools (Airtable, Jira, or equivalent), and iterating quickly.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills - you can work with accounting, legal, ops, engineers, and ERP developers in the same day and adjust your communication style for each.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, including to acquired company sites domestically and internationally, for discovery, onboarding, testing, and Go-live support.
  • U.S. Person status required (access to export-controlled data).
  • Ability to work onsite full-time at primary office location.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with M&A ERP integration programs or ERP rapid deployment / accelerated implementation methodologies.
  • Familiarity with connected enterprise tools: Teamcenter/PLM, Salesforce, Odoo, or similar.
  • Prior experience at Big 4 consulting firms in ERP implementation practices.
  • Aerospace & Defense, complex manufacturing, or government contracting industry background.
  • Experience building reusable enablement content - training videos, SOPs, how-to guides - for end users who are new to ERP systems.
  • Undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
