Professional Summary
- The Senior Application Developer / Technical Lead provides hands-on engineering leadership for Outpatient Phase 3 delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement engineering processes across design, development, testing, deployment, quality control, and support readiness.
- Establish and reinforce standards for technical design, code quality, automated testing, observability, and maintainability.
- Coordinate project effort across developers, QA, DevOps, product, architecture, vendors, and leadership.
- Lead complex technical tasks, troubleshooting activities, peer reviews, and resolution of delivery blockers.
- Design and build POCs or demonstration examples for new product needs, modernization patterns, and new technologies.
- Delegate and sequence work across team members to support effective delivery while mentoring engineers on best practices.
- Champion continuous delivery, automated quality processes, Agile/Scrum best practices, and customer-focused engineering.

Education and Experience
- 7+ years of engineering, delivering, and supporting production software products preferred for technical-lead execution.
- 5+ years of hands-on application development experience across backend, frontend, mobile, cloud, or integration domains.
- Experience leading technical delivery, peer reviews, troubleshooting, CI/CD, automated testing, and engineering standards.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualification
- Healthcare registration or patient-facing digital product experience.
- Experience with hybrid on-prem, Azure, and GCP environments and modernization roadmaps.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $73,150 to $174,000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
