The SWIFT & Payments platform supports mission-critical global payment processing and financial messaging services. As the organization continues its transformation toward cloud-native architectures, ISO 20022 adoption, and enhanced operational resilience, this role will provide the technical leadership necessary to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements.

- Experience managing critical production platforms in a financial services environment.
Responsibilities:- Lead the design, delivery, and support of SWIFT and payment processing platforms.
- Drive architecture and technical design decisions across strategic initiatives.
- Establish engineering standards, best practices, and operational controls.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise technology and security standards.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technology solutions.
- Own platform availability, resiliency, and performance.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain strong governance over production changes and operational risk management.
Education & Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 12+ years of technology experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
- Experience supporting SWIFT, payments, treasury, or financial messaging solutions.
- Experience with Azure cloud platform and modern DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of ISO 20022, payment networks, and financial industry regulations preferred.
- Willing to learn and support Swift network interface software applications including Linux , cloud hosted and Legacy Tandem applications.
- Knowledge of Swift business is a plus.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $157,500 Annual
