We are seeking a full stack
Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience building modern web applications using Go (Golang) and HTMX with a server-driven UI approach, while also being comfortable collaborating in environments that include .NET services and React front ends. The engineer will design, build, test, deploy, and support cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, working closely with product, business partners, and engineering peers in an agile delivery model.
You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:- Design and build full stack web applications using Go (APIs, services, and server-rendered UI patterns) and HTMX for interactive UX with minimal client-side complexity
- Develop and maintain RESTful web services, ensuring reliability, performance, and secure-by-design implementation
- Implement UI patterns using HTMX + Tailwind (or similar) and collaborate with teams using React where needed (integration, shared components, migration/interop)
- Collaborate across teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions; contribute to architecture/design discussions and deliver iteratively in agile sprints
- Build and operate cloud-native workloads in Azure, leveraging platform services (e.g., storage, messaging, identity, secrets, serverless) to deliver scalable solutions
- Implement CI/CD and quality practices including automated testing and deployment pipelines; support production monitoring and incident triage
- Ensure operational excellence: logging/monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and secure handling of sensitive data (as applicable)
- Plan, prioritize, organize and complete work to meet established objectives
- Usage of AI Tools like GitHub Copilot, M365
You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

- 1+ years of experience in Go (Golang) building services/APIs and web applications
Preferred Qualifications:- Familiarity with .NET / .NET Core services and patterns (integration, interoperability, or migration contexts)
- Familiarity with React and modern TypeScript front-end patterns (micro-frontends, component-based UI)
- Experience with Domain Driven Design, event-driven architecture, IaC/GitOps tooling (e.g., Terraform/Helm/Flux), Kubernetes fundamentals
- Observability and monitoring tools exposure (e.g., Splunk/Grafana/Prometheus/Dynatrace/App Insights)
- Knowledge of security best practices (OWASP) and awareness of regulated data handling concepts (HIPAA/PHI/PII) when applicable
- Knowledge of AI Tools like GitHub Copilot, M365
- Experience building and consuming RESTful web services and working with relational databases such as MS SQL / PostgreSQL (or similar)
- Working experience deploying/operating solutions in Microsoft Azure, including common Azure constructs (examples include storage, messaging, secrets, identity, functions)
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and containerization/deployment across environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering and business stakeholders
