Position PurposeThe Software Engineer builds end-to-end solutions across mobile, web, and internal tools, turning complex problems into seamless, user-friendly products. Working across frontend (mobile/web), backend, and cloud infrastructure they prototype, innovate, and evolve our tech stack while ensuring scalable, reliable solutions that delight stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities•
Design and develop end-to-end solutions across mobile, web, and backend systems
•
Build and integrate APIs, third-party services, and internal tools (e.g., data migrations, CRM integrations) to enable seamless functionality and data flow
•
Provision, deploy, and operate cloud infrastructure and applications using CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery
•
Experiment with and adopt emerging technologies to prototype and scale new capabilities
•
Maintain and monitor applications, services, and systems to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability
•
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions and within the tech team contributing to code reviews
•
Provide technical guidanceand support to customers and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
•
Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and organizational standards

Core Technical Skills• Full-stack development experience across mobile (React Native + Expo), web (React), and backend (Python, TypeScript/Node.js)
• Experience with
API design and integration (REST and GraphQL)
• Hands-on experience with
cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), including deployment and provisioning
• Familiarity with
databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and data modeling
• Understanding of
software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, CI/CD, and code quality
• Demonstrated continuous learning and ability to apply emerging trends in software development, AI-assisted workflows, data analytics, and architectural patterns
Preferred, Nice to Have• Experience with offline-first mobile development practices
• Experience with orchestration engines like Temporal
• Experience with observability and monitoring
• Experience with multi-tenant systems
• Cloud certifications e.g. AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Solutions Architect
• Exposure to CRM or Finance Systems
Work Location This full-time, salary position can be based in our corporate office in Overland Park, KS in a hybrid in-office/WFH setting; or can be considered a remote position based upon the candidate.
Pay Range$100,000 - $110,000 annually
