Tasks and Responsibilities- Design, build, test, maintain, and support software applications, services, and systems, ensuring they deliver business value and are fully prepared for operational use.
- Ensure application resiliency, stability, security, and data protection by implementing robust engineering practices, proactive monitoring, and adherence to organizational and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the people on your team, in your functional area, and with your business stakeholders to ensure business value is achieved.
- Demonstrate leadership and accountability by taking ownership of commitments, delivering results with integrity, and ensuring outcomes meet agreed-upon goals.
- Operate within an agile team to deliver outcomes iteratively while fostering empiricism, learning, and continuous improvement in delivery practices.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)- Previous work experience as Software engineer with 2-4 years' experience is preferred.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C/C++, Javascript, python is a must. Experience and knowledge of cloud services like AWS is a plus.
- Experience in web development, mobile development, or software engineering projects as part of educational curriculum is preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
