We are hiring a Mid-Level Software Engineer to contribute to high-impact projects and technical initiatives.

Responsibilities - What you'll do:- Play a key role in designing, developing, deploying, and demonstrating feature-rich applications
- Conduct research for, report on, and create proof-of-concepts and prototypes for R&D projects
- Learn emerging technologies and programming tools to keep you and your team as well equipped as possible
Required Qualifications - We need someone who:- Has a bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical field and a minimum of 6 years of experience
- Actively programs with one or more of the following languages: C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Typescript
- Is a motivated and energetic developer that manages time well and can prioritize tasks to ensure projects are completed on time
- Engages with teammates, both virtually and face-to-face, to plan projects, seek out or provide help on issues, as well as present solutions to clients

- Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation
Preferred Qualifications - Bonus points if you:- Hands-on experience developing backend applications, implementing APIs, and designing relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Have a background in developing mission planning applications for the DoW
- Have examples of code or applications you've built that we can check out
- Can demonstrate proficiency with AI-Assisted software development workflows
- Received one or more Scrum, Microsoft, Google Developer certifications or any other technical certifications
