What You'll Do: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define high-level design and technical solutions for projects.
- Develop, test, and maintain code ensuring compliance with quality, security, and scalability standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production and business issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Manage project requirements, translate them into technical deliverables, and ensure timely delivery.
- Support continuous integration and deployment processes by automating routine tasks and monitoring application performance.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to small engineering teams, including offshore associates.
- Document technical solutions and maintain traceability between requirements and implementation.
What You'll Bring: - 4+ years of full-time professional work experience as a Software Engineer specific to backend Java development.
- Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and platform design with strong technical acumen.
- Experience in iterative and incremental development, including continuous integration and delivery practices.
- Proficiency in API design, component services, and debugging complex software systems.
- Ability to develop and deliver scoped features or models aligned with product strategy.
- Skilled in documentation-based coding and implementing telemetry for performance monitoring.
- Demonstrated capability in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and defect management.
- Familiarity with generative artificial intelligence and emerging development tools and frameworks.
