Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Go, the primary backend language for this role.
• Experience with modern frontend technologies like React/TypeScript and Node.
• Solid background in building and consuming REST APIs and integrating with third-party services.
• Fluency in Git/GitHub workflows and familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD and Docker.
• Strong written communication skills for clear documentation and context transfer.
• Ability to leverage coding agents like Claude and Codex for code development and review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver working code against scoped tickets across various program workstreams.
• Build and extend Go-based backend services, including APIs and risk-scoring logic.
• Develop internal tooling for compliance agents to manage business-customer records.
• Integrate with third-party and internal systems, including identity verification and Salesforce.
• Write tests and participate in code reviews, adhering to team conventions.
• Quickly turn around well-defined tickets while managing shifting priorities and flagging blockers.
• Document technical decisions clearly to facilitate smooth handoffs without ongoing presence.
