We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong technical foundation and a passion for solving complex problems. The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of experience, demonstrates strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and thrives in a collaborative, solution-oriented environment.
You should be a forward-thinking professional who can clearly articulate ideas, contribute to architectural decisions, and drive high-quality software development across the stack.

Responsibilities

What you'll do...
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications including frontend, backend and database layers.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them to technical solutions.
  • Build and consume RESTful microservices using Java and Spring Boot
  • Develop modern, responsive front-end applications using React (with Redux) or Angular, HTML and CSS.
  • Work with cloud-native architectures on GCP.
  • Leverage GCP services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Cloud storage, PUB-SUB, Application Monitoring (Log Analytics), Memory Store for Redis and Cloud Functions to build scalable and resilient applications.
  • Implement and manage infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • TDD, BDD, regression and performance testing.
  • Implement UI and end-to-end testing using frameworks like Selenium, Cypress or Playwright.
  • Optimize application performance, including JVM tuning and profiling
  • Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and reviews
  • Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making
  • Work with team members to establish best practices to maximize efficiency and minimize risk.
    Interact and work closely with product managers to devise solutions and break them into incremental production-ready user stories.
  • Execute API Load and Performance (L&P) on API/modules developed.
  • Use DevOps tools such as Tekton, SonarQube, Checkmarx, Fossa, and GitHub to deploy, improve and manage software.


Qualifications

You'll have...
  • Bachelors in Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive, enterprise-level experience in software development demonstrating expertise in Java, SpringBoot, Mongo DB, PostgreSQL.
  • 3-5 years of experience in designing/implementing large-scale distributed systems and RESTful web services with proficiency in full-stack development using React, Redux, Java, and Node.js.
  • 2+ Proficiency with software development and delivery tools and pipelines (Jira, JFrog, Jenkins, Tekton, Terraform, SonarQube, 42Crunch, Fossa, GitHub).
  • 2+ experienced in utilizing API security and conformance scanning tools (e.g., 42Crunch) as well as API management platforms (e.g., Apigee) for developing web service proxies and publishing APIs
  • 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms (e.g.,GCP) and related services.

This position is a salary grade 6-8 and ranges from $85,400-$192,900.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
