As a Full Stack Application Developer, you'll work in a team of software engineers within the Insurance Services for Small Business Solutions Technology team.

Apply now!WHAT YOU'LL DO:Here's what you can expect on a typical day: - Join a scrum team of talented software engineers and assist with providing technical and software solutions that meet operational and functional requirements.
- Employ development best practices, standards, architecture.
- Contribute to product innovation by leveraging latest software trends.
- Support end-to-end solutions to ensure internal ADP applications are well documented, properly scaled, and tested to effectively serve our customers.
- Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with different teams to determine root cause and recommend resolution.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:- You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
- Minimum 3+ years of Java/JEE Programming.
- Minimum 2+ years of practical experience with Spring frameworks and Spring Boot.
- Experience with relational databases and DB programming skills (Oracle / PL/SQL).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with RESTful APIs and Webservices.
- Ability to communicate effectively within an Agile software development team.
- Exposure to software development best practices, security concerns, testing and deployment strategies.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks.
- Experience with JPA/Hibernate or Spring Repositories.
- Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, or equivalent) to accelerate coding, test generation, and code review, with the ability to critically evaluate and secure AI-generated output.
HOW YOU'LL STAND OUT:- Experience developing web applications and web services (RESTful).
- Experience in JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks: Angular or ReactJS.
- Experience with agile software management (Rally / JIRA / RTC).
- Experience in web development (HTML5 + CSS3).
