Job Description
As the ADP Combat Systems Sensors & Fusion Deputy Solution Owner (SO), you will be part of the Engineering Business Owner (EBO) team for the F-35 Line of Business. A Solution Owner is responsible for the leadership and execution of the Sensors & Fusion product portfolio within the Line of Business. The Deputy Solution Owner will assist the Solution Owner in the day-to-day execution of the sensors and fusion product teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Driving innovation and process improvements within the Sensors & Fusion Product Teams
• Providing Technical Consultation in execution and development
• Driving root cause and corrective action for critical issues and defects
• Enforcing process discipline across the organization
• Assisting in overall staff work, metrics and communication across the team
• Performing special assignments as needed to meet critical programmatic and customer milestones
Basic Qualifications
• 10+ years of design, software or integration experience of airborne sensor systems
• Familiarity or experience in systems engineering processes and technical development life cycles
• Experience leading technical development teams
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
Desired skills
• Experience with Radar, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, and/or Sensor Fusion Systems
• Working knowledge of aircraft vehicle systems, avionics systems or operations
• Working knowledge of the F-35 platform, architecture and systems
• Technical planning and execution of complex systems
• Experience working in classified environments
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $134,000 - $236,325. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $154,100 - $267,145. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
