We're looking for a mission-driven Software Developer who thrives at the intersection of intelligence analysis, modern web development, and cloud-powered backend systems. In this role, you'll develop and customize applications that directly support analytic workflows-leveraging Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS services such as SQS to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performance capabilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:
- Professional experience in the development, customization, and use of developing applications for intelligence analysis.
- Back-end technology tacks based on Python, PostgreSQL and AWS services such as SQS.
- Front-end web development particularly with CSS, HTML and Vanila javascripts.
- User-centered design principles and practices, web standards, typography and colors, and, web usability standards.
- Using Git for version control and issue tracking.
Highly Desired QualificationsOther skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:
- Full Stack Development in the client's cloud environment.
- Using containerization such as Docker or Kubernetes for developing and deploying containerized applications and microservices.
- Organizing and structuring solutions to complex problems.
- Strong coordination and collaboration skills
