Full Job Description
Job Title: Software Architect - Advanced (10970)
Work Location: Columbia, SC (Fully Remote)
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Interview Process: 1 Round - Virtual/Online
Candidate Location: No SC residency required. Open to nationwide candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Salesforce user accounts, profiles, permission sets, and security access
  • Perform daily Salesforce administration and maintenance activities
  • Create and manage Salesforce sandbox environments for development, QA, and testing
  • Promote code changes and updates between Salesforce environments
  • Monitor workflow queues and automation processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve workflow-related issues
  • Configure and maintain integrations with AWS Connect, ServiceNow, and Azure AD
  • Support Identity Provider configuration and Single Sign-On (SSO) using Azure AD
  • Maintain Salesforce documentation, configurations, and customizations
  • Provide training and support to end users
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to support operational needs
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
    (Relevant experience may substitute for degree requirements)
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Strong experience with Salesforce daily maintenance and administration tasks
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Skills
  • Experience creating and managing Salesforce sandbox environments
  • Experience promoting code modifications across Salesforce environments
  • Familiarity with:
