The Opportunity:
As a CACI- SOF Threat Analysis SME and Cell Lead, you willserve as the lead of a threat analysis, intelligence producing team supporting TF 40-25, US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) / US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), the Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCS), and otherStrategic Partners acrossthe Special Operations Forces Emerging Threat, Operations and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) enterprise. You will be responsible for providing expertise and delivering all-source intelligence support to inform decision-making for irregular warfare and multi-domain operations. You will advise on the development and refinement of intelligence analysis and production methodologies and analytical pathways to enable integrated planning and synchronized operational execution across land, air, sea, space, and cyber domains. Deliver direct intelligence support to SOF units, developing intelligence products and coordinating intelligence support packages to meet their operational requirements. Represents JTF-SREC and TF 40-25 in engagements with key mission partners to synchronize intelligence efforts and ensure a unified approach. Produces and presents detailed threat assessments and operational intelligence products to senior leaders and Distinguished Visitors. Identifies transregional trends to illuminate operational opportunities. Directly supports processes that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks, aiding in efforts to dismantle, disrupt, and defeat those networks. Assists Project Manager with managing assigned contractors and refining analytical methodologies to enhance integrated intelligence and operational execution. Manages, mentors, and leads a team of subordinate contractors. Provides resources and guidance necessary for subordinates to excel in their roles and contribute to mission success. Assists the Project Managers efforts to feature and incorporate emerging analytical tools and methodologies.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
