Working in the Adult Outpatient Mental Health Program, the candidate will be required to complete assessments, develop, implement and evaluate treatment plans for individuals with complex concurrent disorders (mental health and addiction). The candidate will liaise with other services within the Mental Health program and with community agencies to coordinate care for clients. They will be expected to utilize critical thinking, problem solving and customer service in their approach to care and service delivery. In addition, they will work with an inter-professional team and participate in program development and evaluation, internal/external presentations and continuous quality improvement activities.
