Full Job Description
Social Worker $82,000 - $85,000/year | Full-Time New Albany, IN
What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive behavioral health services to support residents' full potential during their stay at the nursing facility.
Coordinate care delivery and conduct reviews of services to determine the appropriate level of care by utilizing standardized testing measures, as well as safe, clinically appropriate care.
Provide pre-admission and concurrent reviews for behavioral health levels of care, and coordinate daily administrative and clinical operations.
What You'll Need:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in the state of IN or KY
Current or active CPR Certification
2-4 years of experience in mental health and/or long-term care
