Minimum Qualifications Possession of a current Louisiana license to practice as a Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW) or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) plus:
A master's degree in social work followed by five years of social services experience.

Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties:
- Conduct advanced clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for youth.
- Provide direct therapeutic services, including counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support.
- Lead multidisciplinary team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing treatment planning efforts.
- Supervise, mentor, and support lower-level social workers and interns, including staff training and development.
- Coordinate care with facility staff, families, and external agencies to ensure continuity of services.
- Monitor treatment progress, adjust interventions as needed, and ensure compliance with state regulations, ethical standards, and agency policies.
