Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the SSCD conformity dashboard and ensure data is complete for Stellantis systems.
  • Propose necessary supplier escalations based on defined business criteria.
  • Lead reviews with suppliers on quality and compliance metrics during LUDF/SLSD meetings.
  • Oversee the tolerance derogation process, ensuring that specifications meet necessary standards.

Full Job Description
Purpose of the Role:
  • Responsible for compliance convergence of BCIM strategic parts (including dimensional, appearance, functional)
  • Validation of APQP/PPAP deliverables during launch phase
  • Lead and train suppliers on conformity and compliance processes


Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage SSCD conformity dashboard and completeness of data submission to Stellantis system (RCM/DDP)
  • Propose supplier escalation based on the BCI business criteria
  • Lead supplier quality reviews and LUDF/SLSD meetings
  • Manage tolerance derogation process (Bluepoint)


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Materials /Chemical/ Civil/ Aerospace)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in automotive areas of Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality and/or Product Quality
  • Knowledge of APQP/PPAP & Supplier Quality Manual.
  • Statistical data analysis and metrology principles, Root Cause Analysis methods.
  • Knowledge of defect resolution, escalation processes and follow up.
  • Knowledge of metrology principles and understanding of Statistical analysis and process control.
  • Understanding of vehicle design, assembly, and process control.
  • Understanding of tooling and in plant processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communications skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to develop an action plan and drive the procedures for issue resolution.
  • Self-motivated. Able to meet deadlines with ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Initial stages will report to CTC. During launch 100% onsite at Stellantis assembly plant. Travel required to supplier locations.
