About the Role
Culmen International is hiring a Subject Matter Expert (SME IV) – Scientific Data Analyst (Surveillance and Medical Intelligence) to conduct advanced data analytics supporting surveillance, epidemiological studies, and operational intelligence activities focused on psychological health across the Military Health System.

 

What You’ll Do in Your New Role

 

In this role, you will access and analyze large military healthcare datasets, develop analytic plans, provide data-driven recommendations, and respond to operational information requests regarding mental health prevalence, utilization, treatment patterns, and healthcare costs.

 

Required Qualifications

 
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of thirteen (13) years of experience analyzing large healthcare or administrative datasets.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience conducting analyses within the Military Health System Information Platform (MIP) or predecessor systems.
  • Experience independently building and managing large analytical datasets.
  • Ability to evaluate tasking requirements and recommend appropriate analytic methodologies.
  • Strong quantitative and data interpretation skills.
  • Experience developing reports, briefings, presentations, and other technical deliverables.
