Onshape (www.onshape.com), a PTC SaaS business, is developing a completely new SaaS Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and data management platform for professional mechanical designers and engineers. You will be working within a business unit that uses cutting-edge cloud, web, and mobile technologies.

Your impact:

• Increasing revenue productions and quota attainment, growing Onshape's business

• Taking inbound leads generated by marketing and converting those into paid Onshape customers

• Helping the first and only SaaS product design platform grow in the market
• You will be part of an international and energetic team within a multicultural environment where professionals from throughout Europe interact with current & future PTC customers.

Day-To-Day:

• Responsible for sales cycle from first call to close

• Fielding inbound leads and prospecting into new accounts not familiar with Onshape to drive new business and acquire new logos

• Working with Technical Services Engineers to demonstrate Onshape's technical capabilities to interested and qualified prospects, and to overcome technical objections throughout the sales process

• Collaboration with Customer Success to expand sales within existing customer accounts

• Developing revenue forecast in coordination with sales leadership

• Quarterly Commits

• Tracking sales process with Salesforce

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong track record of success in anything you have done

• Exceptional phone and communication skills

• Quick learner, quantitative, highly inquisitive

• Independent worker with a can-do attitude

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years of Inside Sales Experience, preferably in a solution-selling environment

• Preferably experience in selling a technical product to an entrenched market

• Experience in closing B2B sales over the phone and presenting to executives demonstrating and quantifying business value

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

PTC carefully considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $95,000 - $100,000. The anticipated annual salary range encompasses both the base salary and the on-target incentive compensation that may be attained in this role. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting.

Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Eligible employees also have the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program (ESPP) which allows for the purchase of discounted PTC stock. Certain roles may also be eligible for partficipation in our equity programs.
