Sleep Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Job Description:

Our multispecialty group consists of 75 highly skilled providers across 9 specialties, including cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, neurology, orthopedic surgery, pain management, podiatry, primary care, and sports medicine and we are currently hiring a nurse practitioner whose area of expertise is sleep medicine for our Avondale clinic.

The Opportunity:

  • We are currently looking for a sleep medicine nurse practitioner to join our team in our multispecialty offices in Avondale, AZ.
  • Our Avondale office features 25 dedicated providers, offering a comprehensive range of services including Cardiology, Neurology, Primary Care, Orthopedic Surgery, Podiatry, and GI.
  • We are looking to expand our Avondale office with sleep medicine services, and the incoming provider will lead our sleep medicine service line to manage internal referrals and interpret external sleep studies.
  • Focus exclusively on the full scope of sleep medicine, diagnosing and treating conditions like insomnia and sleep apnea, and performing CPAP follow-ups.
  • Full-time schedule with flexible hours, including the option for 4-5 days/week and no evening or weekend obligations, and no call.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sleep medicine experience is required.
  • Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills.
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
  • State licensure and board certification are required.
