The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end-user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, andaultimately theaend-user whoaoperateaaround the globe 24x7x365.a

Roles and Responsibilities:aa
- Plans, leads, and manages personnel responsible for the organization's portfolio of projects andamaintainsaefficiency of important project management aspects such as planning, scheduling, and budget and risk assessment.a
- Develops andaexecutes againstaprojectaobjectivesaby collaborating with the customer on needs and goals, project proposals, project plans, and intermediate execution status.a
- Determinesaproject responsibilities byaidentifyingaproject phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements, and reviewing bids from contractors.a
- Determinesaproject specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards, completing technical studies, and preparing cost estimates.a
- Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.a
- Determinesaandamaintainsaproject schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, sequencing project elements, andamaintainingaproject schedule.a
- Controls project plans by reviewing designs, specifications, schedule changes, and recommending actions.a
- Controls project costs by approvingaexpendituresaand administering contractor contracts.a
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, and recommending actions.a
- Responsible for technical/operational leadership of a project/mission within the programmatic guidelines set by the program manager and customer.a
- Defines, generates, and reviews project requirements documentation; performs technical studies to refine project requirements.a
- Monitors projects to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined andamaintained.a
- Some positions may require shift work and/or an ability to work a non-standard work schedule to support the USSOCOM mission.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:aa
- Mina10 years of experience.
- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.a
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.a
Highly Desired Qualifications:a
- Must be with DoW 8140 compliant under the Work Role Code 802 6 IT Project Manager - Intermediate level or higher by 1 Oct 26.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is desired.a
- Prior experience managing IT projects is desired.a
Target Salary Range$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individuals experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
