Qualifications

• 5-10 years of construction safety management experience
• OSHA 30 for construction certification
• One of the BCSP certifications in good standing (STS-C, CHST, GSP, ASP, CSP)
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
• Ability to pass drug test and background check
• Preferred experience with electrical safety and current NFPA 70E certification
• Preferred experience with lifts and MEWP trainer certification

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety operations on a large construction project
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Conduct safety audits and inspections regularly
• Provide safety training and awareness to workers
• Investigate incidents and recommend preventive measures
• Collaborate with project management on safety initiatives
• Maintain safety documentation and reporting
