Title:
Site ManagerThis is a contingent position based upon contract award.
KBR is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented Site Manager to join our team supporting a government client in Aurora, Colorado, Las Cruces, New Mexico and Harrogate, UK
Key Responsibilities:
Direct all contractor site resources in coordination with functional managers
Support the enterprise Program Manager in reviewing business systems administration, resources, procedures and methods to improve operational effectiveness, utility and efficiency
Ensure all services are delivered and all tasks are performed within established program guidelines and budgets
Provide and lead an appropriately skilled workforce to carry out the functions of the SOW
Notify Government POCs of significant facility events
Monitor the execution of financial activities to ensure alignment with Government execution requirements per fiscal year
Ensure continuity of support with contractor personnel changes and approve staffing alignments /allocations
Interface with and be responsive to the site CO, COTR, CLIN Manager, GPOC or their designee for day-to-day direction and prioritization of work
Support meetings and discussions on an ad hoc basis as required
Identify issues and adapt program plans according to the Customer feedback on program cost, performance, quality, schedule and risk.
Use established program management procedures to monitor cost, schedule, inventory, and performance; assess variances of the plan and take necessary corrective action.
Identify potential downstream issues that may negatively affect meeting requirements and provide recommendations to mitigate negative impacts
Manage customer expectations with proactive, consistent and transparent communication.
Qualifications
Required:
Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with polygraph
Minimum of five (5) years' experience managing programs/projects of similar size, scope and complexity
Documented experience working in secure Government environments
Management experience with P&L responsibility
Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including, but not limited to: project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables and related metrics
Familiarity and willingness to manage a 24/7/365 operational environment
Highly effective organizational, interpersonal, communication, and group leadership skills
Ability to reliably operate in a complex and changing environment, demonstrating solid independent judgment
Ability to interpret, capture, and manage customer requirements and expectations
Experience managing facility management, operations, and sustainment projects.
Desired:
Ten (10) years of program management experience with large, complexrequirements associated with operations and sustainment functions
Bachelor27s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar
PMP or equivalent, certifications in quality control or assurance, experience with managing secure facilities.
Basic Compensation:
$157,700 - $192,800
This rate is for the CO area only.
$143,200 - $175,200
This rate is for the NM area only.
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate27s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
