Full Job Description
Shift:Monday - Friday from 6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (This is a site leader role that can require a flexible schedule)

Location: 5465 Greenwich Rd. Virginia Beach, VA 23462 - This position is performed onsite at one of the Company's operational facilities, unless otherwise specified in the job posting.

Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $84,000 - $105,000, with a full potential base salary range over a successful candidate's tenure in the position of $105,000 - $126,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

The Must-Haves:
  • GED/Diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Four years of experience in logistics and/or transportation or can be less if a college degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing people, 1 of which is in a similar industry
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and mathematical skills
  • Effective communication skills including the ability to give honest, constructive feedback
  • Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment

  • You will lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team through effective hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.
  • You will drive operational excellence by analyzing KPIs, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety and labor standards.
  • You will oversee daily labor planning and sort operations, partnering with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and ensure resource alignment.
  • You will champion a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to key protocols such as dock safety and lockout/tagout procedures.
  • You will build strong relationships with Contracted Service Providers (RSPs), managing contractual performance and facilitating clear, ongoing communication.
  • You will maintain a visible leadership presence on the floor, ensuring operational readiness, materials availability, and continuous process efficiency.
