What You Bring

  • Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing quality management.
  • Proven experience managing large teams (direct people management) in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven qualification and experience in special processes. Knowledge of safety-critical manufacturing processes such as welding, riveting, and other special processes.
  • Expertise in quality management systems (ISO 9001), Lean Six Sigma, and root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills to drive change and inspire teams.

Salary Range

In accordance with New York State pay transparency requirements, the anticipated annual salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. Actual compensation will be based on factors including experience, education, skills, and qualifications. This salary range reflects base pay only and does not include bonus opportunities, incentive compensation, or other benefits.
