Job Purpose
The Director of US Site Engagement is responsible for designing and executing the US Site Engagement strategy aligned to GSK’s clinical development priorities, with a focus on accelerating study start‑up, enrollment, and site performance across Oncology, Respiratory, Vaccines, and other therapeutic areas. This role ensures high site performance, proactive engagement, and collaboration across the US while aligning overall clinical development goals. This role is also responsible for the oversight, management and leadership of the country level activities of the Site Engagement Lead (SEL).
Accountable to ensure successful delivery of clinical trials across all therapeutic areas in both pharma and vaccines the objective of reducing cycle timelines by establishing and sustaining external site relationships. This role requires a high level of knowledge, experience and operates independently in a highly complex, high volume, strategic market.
This position reports directly to the US Clinical Operations Head and collaborates with the US Leadership team in setting priorities and expectations for the SEL.

The US salary ranges take into account a number of factors including work location within the US market, the candidates skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role. Available benefits include health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
