Site DirectorDuties & Responsibilities- Oversee the varied programs within the site to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Ensure fiscal responsibility of the various grants currently providing services within and from the program
- Professionally present the organization within the community
- Seek out new initiatives and opportunities to support client/patient needs
- Participate in RFR processes
- Work collaboratively with peers within the organization and greater community
- Report to the COO
Qualifications:- Independently licensed or master's degree in a human service related field such as psychology or social work, minimum of (3) years of clinical supervisory experience
- (5) years of behavioral health experience.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs and staff;
- Experience with EHR systems
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint

Pay Rate/Range: $99,840-$135,200
