About this role The Senior Site Director provides overall leadership for one of North America's most advanced manufacturing facilities. This executive is responsible for delivering world-class performance across Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, People, Compliance and Productivity while leveraging advanced manufacturing technologies, automation and engineering capability to create sustainable competitive advantage. The role is first and foremost an exceptional manufacturing leadership position with strong engineering and technology acumen.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the manufacturing site.
• Deliver benchmark performance across Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, Productivity, Compliance and Employee Engagement.
• Lead, coach and develop a multi-disciplinary leadership team spanning Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing Excellence, Quality, EHS, Human Resources and Finance.
• Establish a high-performance culture built upon accountability, transparency, trust and continuous improvement.
• Own annual operating plans, capital investment strategy, technology roadmap and long-term site strategy.
• Provide strategic leadership to the Engineering function, ensuring technology investments improve safety, quality, service, reliability and productivity.
• Champion automation, digital manufacturing and advanced technologies to improve operational performance.
• Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing Excellence to establish long-term asset reliability and modernization strategies.
• Lead execution of innovation, capacity expansion, productivity, automation and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure capital investments deliver measurable operational and financial benefits.
• Develop leadership capability, succession planning and organizational effectiveness across the site.
• Partner with regional and global functions to support enterprise objectives.
• Serve as the visible leader of the site through growth and change.
Experience/skills required:
• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership in complex consumer products or similar industries.
• Proven experience leading a large-scale, highly automated manufacturing operation.
• Demonstrated success partnering with engineering organizations to maximize automation, manufacturing technology and capital investments.
• Strong record delivering operational, financial and people performance simultaneously.
• Experience leading organizational transformation and building high-performing cultures.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma and Manufacturing Excellence.
• Executive presence with ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Experience managing significant capital investments, modernization programs or greenfield/start-up environments.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or related field required; Engineering degree preferred. Master's degree (MBA or Engineering) preferred. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP or PE certification advantageous.

MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA: SALARY RANGE IS FROM $128,250 TO $213,750 (ANNUAL)
