Key Responsibilities- Perform design of projects from the conceptual and bid phase through design completion for project needsand requirements that are set by the project managers based off client needs
- Assist the Engineering Manager in maintaining project schedules and budgets
- Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, interface directly with the client or sub-consultants
- Support business development through writing of technical approaches, scopes of work, and presentation toclients
- Responsible for effective communication with other engineering disciplines and project team
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Licensed PE or ability and interest to obtain PE and/or be in active pursuit of registration
- Thorough understanding of civil site development (i.e., Site Plans, Permitting, Grading, Storm WaterManagement, Storm Water Design)
- Ability and motivation to lead portions of complex projects with guidance and mentorship
Minimum Qualifications- Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing or equivalent experience in Engineering work
- Minimum of 5 years related work experience
- All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
- Holds an active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer of record (EOR) requirements for BV projects in applicable countries, and supports where necessary.

Work Environment/Physical Demands- Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon managerdiscretion, job performance and work assignments.
- Typical office/home office environment. Physical Demands: Sitting, talking, grasping, hearing, keyboard input,driving, seeing, writing, reaching, stooping, crouching, walking, standing for extended periods of time.
May require travel to local and regional client sites.
