SIGINT Compliance Analyst
The Opportunity:

Design, manage, and support the implementation, enforcement, and continuous improvement of ethics and compliance programs to drive ethical behavior and a culture of compliance. Apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge. Assist with the development of solutions to problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work under general supervision and provide guidance to junior team members.

You Have:
  • 6+ years of experience supporting ethics and compliance programs in the government or private sector
  • Experience with national overhead IC SIGINT data and the various platforms and associated sensors
  • Experience employing Information and Communication Technology (ITC) tools, applications, and services, Microsoft Office Tools, SharePoint, and distant learning aids
  • Knowledge of the Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD organization structure, and its intelligence support missions
  • Knowledge of constitutional amendments, executive orders, and guidance documents
  • Ability to gather data and information from multiple sources and fuse it into a succinct and product response
  • Ability to manage databases and make changes in SharePoint sites per assigned editorial permissions
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience providing direct support to the IC, DoD services, and Combatant Commands
  • Experience in an IC related agency
  • Experience leading, managing, and implementing projects or programs
  • Experience with the DoD's use of SIGINT and the various platforms and associated sensors
  • Ability to perform confidently around senior government and military clients with clear and concise communication
  • Ability to make unilateral decisions by local guidelines under quick turn-around circumstances
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
