About This Role:As our Shop Foreman, you'll supervise and coordinate the activities of assembly leads and technicians, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. You'll foster a quality workforce by cultivating a respectful, positive work environment that prioritizes relationships and puts people first. You'll also oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process for modular data centers and power distribution centers across 5 assembly lines within our new, world-class facility.
What You'll Be Working On:- Project Management: Provide overall management for an assigned project, including achieving performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
- Lean Manufacturing: Drive the application of Lean Manufacturing tools and concepts to achieve measurable and sustainable improvements to an assigned project.
- Production Scheduling & Strategy: Develop and execute project strategy, production schedules, and resource plans aligned with production bid hours.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and grow production team members to build a high performing, and engaged workforce.
- Operational Reporting: Monitor and report on key operational Inputs (e.g., safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost).
- Personnel Oversight: Oversee assigned manufacturing personnel, ensuring alignment, engagement, development, and retention of talent.
- Safety & Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence consistent with Crusoe Mission Critical values.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, and other departments to drive alignment and seamless execution of projects.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Relations: Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and vendors, turning them into long-term partners and advocates.
- Project Accountability: Accountable for all aspects of an assigned project, including processes, procedures, equipment, and execution strategies.
- Strategic Coordination: Coordinate with the Director of Manufacturing to provide strategic and tactical input on manufacturing support and execution.
- Manufacturing Reviews & Estimating: Participate in project production hour estimating, designed for manufacturability reviews, and risk assessments for project pursuits.
- Process & Safety Development: Develop and implement manufacturing processes, including hazard analysis, safety procedures, and team member skill assessments.

Compensation:Compensation will be paid in the range of $100,000 - $115,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. (#INDMFG
