Hourly based on experience $50-$70Job DescriptionYou'll Make an Impact By:- Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Audi technicians
- Diagnosing and assisting with advanced drivability, electrical, and network concerns
- Ensuring repairs meet Audi factory standards for quality and efficiency
- Partnering with advisors to explain technical findings and repair recommendations
- Helping improve shop productivity while maintaining a positive team culture
- Supporting technician development through training and real-time coaching
QualificationsWe're Looking For Someone Who Has:- 5+ years of dealership technician experience (Audi, Volkswagen, or other European luxury brands preferred)
- Previous experience as a Shop Foreman, Team Lead, or Lead Technician
- Strong electrical and diagnostic troubleshooting skills
- Experience mentoring and developing technicians
- Working knowledge of dealership management systems
- Audi certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- A passion for leadership, teamwork, and continuous improvement
