Job Description

CSCI is looking for an innovative SharePoint Developer to support a variety of cutting-edge projects and help drive impactful initiatives for a government agency's CFO organization in a dynamic DoW joint command environment. As a key player in our team, you'll deliver services and solutions for clients using Microsoft's PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations.
Responsibilities
  • Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive and Power BI
  • Design SharePoint Lists and Document Libraries to support structured data entry and document management
  • Understanding of knowledge management principles and content lifecycle management
  • Configure and manage permissions, governance structures, and security best practices across SharePoint environments
  • Support document-centric workflows by combining SharePoint Libraries with Power Automate for approvals, notifications, and lifecycle tracking
Minimum Requirements
  • You must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Federal or DoW Security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 year of experience with SharePoint to show off your tech skills
  • Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
  • Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional presence
Preferred Skills
  • Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI
  • HTML/Coding Experience to take your development expertise even further
  • Strong Analytical Skills to turn complex data into clear insights

  • Demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies
  • Motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value
  • Past experience working with a Federal agency
