Full Job Description
SharePoint Administrator Position Summary

This SharePoint Administrator will perform administration, development, maintenance, and support in TidalHealth's SharePoint Online environment, including the design, development, and maintenance of Microsoft Power Platform (Apps/Automate/BI/Forms). TidalHealth is on a journey to fully convert from the legacy SharePoint 2010 environment to SharePoint Online. This includes a migration from Nintex-powered workflows to Microsoft's Power Platform. The ideal candidate must have solid working knowledge of SharePoint and Teams administration, as well as the ability to use this technology to meet customer needs.

Major Responsibilities include:
  • Support TidalHealth's SharePoint Online environment
  • Provide support to the TidalHealth user community in their use of SharePoint, as well as other tools as required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with SharePoint applications and general environment. • Create SharePoint lists, libraries, and SharePoint Pages
  • Identify opportunities to expand and enhance the use of SharePoint and related Microsoft technologies within TidalHealth, and execute those opportunities once approved by management.
  • Develop new forms, workflows, and business processes utilizing SharePoint and Microsoft's Power Platform (Apps/Automate/BI/Forms).
  • Teach and build up Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online content owners within the organization
  • Provide technical support to Business Owners during implementation of new products/services
  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions
  • Create functional and technical designs
  • Participate in the development of TidalHealth standards for software change management. Follow and promote those standards.
  • Participate in other development activities as assigned.
  • Other responsibilities as required

SharePoint Administrator Position Requirements

Education
  • BS in Computer-related discipline or 5+ years of equivalent work experience required

Experience
  • 3-5 years of SharePoint administration and development experience required
  • Experience in Microsoft Teams, including meetings, user management, file management and integration with SharePoint.
  • Broad knowledge of Microsoft product architecture, particularly M365

SharePoint Administrator Schedule
  • Normal schedule is predominately day shift, Monday-Friday.
  • Frequently required to work beyond normal end of shift.
  • Occasional evening, night or weekend may be required during special projects or circumstances.
  • Available for "on-call" as circumstances dictate.
  • Limited travel may also be required.

SharePoint Administrator Benefits
  • At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
