Full Job Description
One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator to support a Federal Government client in Arlington, VA. The selected candidate will provide technical administration and support for SharePoint team sites, workflows, routing processes, and related systems. This position will support the configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continued improvement of SharePoint environments while working with stakeholders to support program operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer Microsoft SharePoint sites and user accounts.
  • Configure SharePoint sites, user permissions, and access controls.
  • Support site configuration, custom feature deployment, bandwidth monitoring, storage management, and backup maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and provide technical support and guidance to users.
  • Optimize SharePoint site layouts, functionality, and usability.
  • Support SharePoint workflows and routing processes.
  • Manage and maintain site collections, document libraries, lists, permissions, and content.
  • Evaluate project and program requirements and recommend solutions using current SharePoint tools and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the development, implementation, and sustainment of program operations.
  • Assist with developing procedures and systems used to establish, operate, and evaluate administrative control systems.
  • Support related Microsoft tools and applications, including Power Apps, InfoPath, Power BI, and Microsoft Access.
