Job Overview

The Shared Services Quality Analyst is responsible for quality assurance and driving process excellence. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate system configuration. This role combines the skills of a quality systems analyst with those of a configuration analyst to ensure that the transactional system is compliant with quality standards but also properly configured, maintained, and optimized. This role may participate in completing project-based deliverables that include, but are not limited to, process mapping, gathering business requirements, designing/generating reports, developing/executing test plans, and configuration and setup of the transactional system.

Minimum Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in configuring claims adjudication systems with emphasis on benefits and fee schedules as an individual contributor in a managed care environment (IPA, MSO, or Health plan) is required
  • Experience in configuring and using the EZCAP claims system is required
  • Solid experience of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and procedures is required
  • Experience in the practical application of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts is preferred
  • Experience in developing and implementing the EZCAP platform, providing subject matter expertise on the system configuration and usability components, is preferred


Compensation

$77,991.68 - $97,489.60 annually
