Shared Service Front Office Specialist (HR Shared Services)In this role you will work a hybrid work model out of Orlando, FL.Role SummaryWe are seeking a Shared Service Front Office Specialist to join our HR Shared Services team. This is a front-line resolution expert role at the center of HR operations, responsible for managing complex inquiries and escalations across global service lines, including HR Administration, AskHR, Organizational Administration (ORS), Travel & Expense (T&E), Payroll and Reporting.
In this role, you will leverage H2R expertise, analytical thinking, and systems knowledge to diagnose issues, assess impacts, and coordinate resolutions across P&O, Payroll, Finance, DPS, and external partners. You will act as a key connector across functions, ensuring seamless, consistent, and high-quality service delivery.
You will also serve as a trusted partner to P&O and business stakeholders, building strong relationships, understanding priorities, and delivering proactive, solution-oriented support that enables both business and people outcomes.
Additionally, this role plays a critical part in driving continuous improvement, using data and process insights to reduce recurring issues, enhance service quality, and improve operational efficiency. You will contribute to knowledge management and support strategic initiatives such as system implementations, process transformations, and M&A integration activities.

- Managing and resolving complex, end-to-end cases across global service lines
- Prioritizing workload based on urgency, impact, and risk to ensure timely resolution and service excellence.
- Handling employee inquiries professionally, including complex or sensitive situations, ensuring clear communication and strong stakeholder confidence.
- Operating effectively across global regions and time zones while maintaining service consistency.
Data Analysis & Quality
- Analyzing data to validate, compare, and support decision-making.
- Conducting root cause analysis on new and recurring issues and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
Systems & Technical Expertise
- Understanding Workday configuration, logic, dependencies, and system impacts.
- Analyzing system changes and identify potential downstream implications across integrated platforms.
Process Improvement
- Identifying repeat issues, gaps in knowledge, and inefficiencies, and independently lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Project Management & Data Migration
- Coordinating cross-functional activities for projects, including M&A and system migration initiatives.
- Ensuring alignment of activities across teams and timely delivery of project milestones.
Stakeholder & Escalation Management
- Managing complex escalations, collaborating with P&O, Payroll, Finance, DPS, and external partners
- Partnering effectively with P&O and business stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with both global standards and local requirements.
- Presenting insights and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Influencing decisions and drive outcomes without direct authority.
Change & Capability Development
- Supporting change management and adoption of new tools, systems, and processes through training, coaching, and informal guidance.
- Coaching peers or back-office teams to close capability gaps and improve performance.
- Promoting adoption of global standards while identifying and addressing local process gaps.
Risk & Governance
- Identifying operational risks and escalate appropriately with recommended mitigation strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with global P&O standards while recognizing local regulatory variations.
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications- 3-6+ years in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or HR systems support
- Proven experience managing complex HR cases and cross-functional escalations
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
- Working knowledge of HR systems
- Independent problem-solver with critical thinking skills
- Experience with stakeholder management and influencing
- High attention to detail with strong ownership and accountability
- Proficient in English both written and verbal
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working in global HR environments across multiple regions
- Knowledge of Workday and HR systems ecosystems
- Strong understanding of data quality and end-to-end process flows
- Ability to communicate and simplify complex topics for diverse audiences

The pay range for this position is $66,973 - $114,811 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
