Description

The Vice President of Revenue Operations (RevOps) is responsible for establishing and leading the company's Revenue Operations function, enabling business activities to drive scalable, predictable, and disciplined growth across the enterprise.

Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Growth, this executive partners closely with the CEO, COO, CFO, SGS President, the SGS shared services team, and subsidiary General Managers and peer leaders within the Growth Enablement team to translate corporate strategy into revenue growth. The Vice President develops and leads the functions, processes and tools that enable growth activities across the revenue generation lifecycle, specifically governance and oversight of growth enablers (enterprise business tools, AI enablement, business intelligence/analytics, corporate dashboards and metrics), that align to Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Communication, Customer and Partner Engagement, Bid & Proposal, and Performance Reporting into one integrated revenue organization.

Serving as the critical link between executive strategy and organizational execution, the Vice President provides executive leadership with actionable insights, forecasting, dashboards, and operational intelligence while enabling business teams with the processes, technology, tools, governance, automation, and support necessary to execute consistently and accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Strategy & Executive Operations
  • Execute the Sheé Atika corporate Growth strategy and provide input and recommendations to refine and improve during execution.
  • Translate executive priorities into scalable operating plans, governance, and tools that support growth objectives.
  • Lead the Growth Enablement team's annual revenue planning, forecasting, backlog/soft backlog management, capacity planning, and executive business reviews.
  • Deliver executive dashboards, scorecards and other deliverables that support executive leadership and Shareholder Board decision-making.
  • Establish the operational cadence that drives accountability, performance and execution across the Growth organization.

2. Business Intelligence, Technology & AI
  • Partner with solution architects and the VP, Technology to deliver a corporate product and services strategy.
  • Serve as the business owner for CRM, business intelligence, revenue analytics, and revenue enablement platforms, and collaborate with VP and Technology to use these technologies to deliver.
  • Lead implementation of AI, automation, digital transformation, and analytics capabilities for the Growth Enablement team that improves opportunity management, proposal development, pricing support, competitive intelligence, customer engagement, internal and external communication, and executive decision-making.
  • Establish enterprise reporting standards, data governance, and performance measurement across all revenue functions.

3. Revenue Operations & Process Excellence
  • Design, standardize, and optimize Growth business processes.
  • Advise Business Development team on strategies into prioritized markets, agencies, capabilities, and contract-vehicle plans, and recommend where the company should invest, partner, acquire capabilities, or exit, based on market attractiveness, competitive position, and expected return.
  • Lead execution of Gate Review meetings.
  • In partnership with Bid & Proposal team, lead formal win/loss, customer-debrief, and post-award analyses and ensure findings are incorporated into capture methods, pricing, solution development, proposal practices, training, and future investment decisions.
  • Contribute to an integrated customer-retention and recompete-management framework that connects contract performance, customer satisfaction, CPARS, past performance, option-year probability, on-contract growth, and recompete readiness.
  • Establish enterprise growth governance across the Sheé Atika family of companies to facilitate opportunity assignments, intercompany teaming, customer ownership, capability alignments, entity eligibility, and NAICS and size considerations.
  • Lead continuous process improvement initiatives that remove operational barriers and increase organizational effectiveness.

4. Pipeline Management
  • Improve backlog and soft backlog health, forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and govern Sheé Atika's enterprise contract vehicle strategy, including vehicle acquisition, on-ramps, utilization, task-order pipeline development, prime and subcontract positioning, and return-on-vehicle related investments.
  • Guide pipeline governance and in collaboration with the Bid & Proposal team, provide inputs to improve decision criteria, templates, operational workflows, and executive reporting throughout the Gate Review process.

5. Growth Enablement, Marketing & Communications
  • Oversee the Marketing and Communications function, to include internal and external corporate communications.
  • Deliver dashboards, metrics, reporting, and operational tools that enable Growth leadership and business development teams.
  • Partner with Business Development and Bid & Proposal leadership to improve business development execution and win probability.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making through analytics, automation, and operational insights

6. Executive Leadership
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Revenue Operations organization.
  • Champion digital transformation, AI adoption, automation, governance, and operational excellence across the enterprise.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership by providing strategic recommendations, operational intelligence, and performance insights.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Minimum Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, Sales Operations, Growth, or related executive functions.
  • Demonstrated success building and leading enterprise Revenue Operations or Business Operations organizations.
  • Experience implementing CRM, business intelligence, AI, and business technology platforms.
  • Strong leadership presence and experience supporting C-suite and Board-level decision-making.
  • Proven ability to lead organizational transformation, governance, and cross-functional operational excellence.
  • Superior communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Experience
  • Federal Government or GovCon industry experience.
  • Knowledge of business development, capture, proposal management, and growth organizations.
  • Experience managing Marketing and Communications functions.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, federal contracting systems, AI-enabled business tools, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and operational leadership capabilities.
  • Experience with Alaska Native Corporations or other tribal entities.
