What You'll Do:- Inspect and diagnose sewer and drain systems using video technology.
- Educate customers - build trust by guiding them through solutions with expertise and transparency.
- Achieve revenue goals while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with customer service & dispatch teams for seamless service.
- Stay ahead of the game - participate in training and stay updated on industry trends.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and oversee the onboarding process for new clients.
What We're Looking For:- 3+ years of sales experience in-home services specifically within sewer or drain industries.
- Technical proficiency with camera and drain equipment.
- A proven closer with a passion for delivering solutions and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication & organization skills to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- A clean driving record for reliable service calls.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment.
