Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced Services Subcontractor Performance Manager to oversee and advise the Nuclear Services Business on its subcontractor workforce planning strategy, development, and performance. This role will work with the GVH Field Services Staffing Team, Field Service Leaders, HR, and Sourcing to identify, advise, and solve any needs the Field Services team has as it relates to Subcontractor Vendor management, overall performance, ability to fill critical roles, and recruitment and retention of key talent. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in workforce planning, vendor management, contract negotiations, and will be instrumental in aligning resource strategies with organizational goals while driving operational efficiency and enhancing the customer experience.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Create and manage short- and long-term subcontractor staffing strategy plans to ensure alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
  • Monitor and adjust the strategies in real-time to respond to changes in demand and other operational changes.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP's) team to develop strategies to maintain available workforce personnel.
  • Evaluate staffing options with business lines, human resources and sourcing to resolve workforce related challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workforce development processes and contribute to strategic workforce initiatives.
  • Partner with Sourcing to identify, evaluate and on-board variable workforce (VWF) suppliers/vendors to meet key demands of the business.
  • Engage in negotiating commercial terms and conditions with suppliers while consulting with sourcing, operations, legal, and business line management.
  • Analyze workforce performance data and KPIs and provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor subcontractor supplier performance against KPIs and implement improvement initiatives as required to meet business goals.
  • Prepare and present monthly subcontractor reports, performance dashboards to operations leadership, business leads and executives to help the business understand the overall performance of our subcontractor vendors.
  • Ensures adherence to the terms and conditions of supplier agreements and assist in resolving commercial issues with suppliers.
  • Understands the Nuclear Field Services business and can recommend and implement different strategies and solutions to overcome short and long term subcontractor staffing needs to meet business demands.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $104,200.00 and $173,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
