We're seeking a ServiceNow Technical Advisor for a full-time, 1.5-year remote contract. Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Government of Canada Reliability Status, or have resided in Canada for a minimum of five (5) years to be eligible to attain one.

This senior role will provide technical leadership for ServiceNow initiatives, with a focus on Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Crisis Management capabilities. Responsibilities include conducting feasibility assessments, developing implementation roadmaps, facilitating business process redesign workshops, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and supporting the full ServiceNow development lifecycle from design through deployment and operational transition. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience leading ServiceNow implementations, including 3+ years working with ServiceNow SAM Pro, with demonstrated expertise in solution design, platform configuration, technical planning, and stakeholder engagement. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to lead cross-functional discussions, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
